MUSIC BASICS WORKSHOP Next workshop dates: Saturday Sept 6th, 11am-5pm SINGERS/SONG WRITERS/PIANISTS/COMPOSERS/GUITARISTS/AND ANY OTHER INSTRUMENT PLAYERS!!!! NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!!!! Learn notation, keys, chord structures, classical and jazz scales and the theoretical basics including different modes that help you become a good musician. Ear training, sight singing (including solfege), and music dictation, will also be practiced. This is a practical course designed for any one who wants to take their musical craft to the next level, gain a better understanding, and develop their skills. This workshop is also very helpful for individuals who are auditioning for music schools and singers who want to chart their own music.
